It may not be in the market before the first quarter of 2011 but the Eee Pad is sure to make people sit up and take notice. What’s more? It’ll be available in 2 models. The 12-inch Eee Pad Ep121 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and Microsoft’s Windows 7 operating system. Just like the iPad it boasts of 10 hours of battery time, a futuristic virtual keyboard but it can also be connected to a physical one.
The smaller 10-inch Eee Pad EP101TC is based on Windows Embedded Compact 7 OS with NVIDIA Tegra in its back and like its elder brother, runs for 10 hours straight. Both devices will also feature webcams on the front for video chatting and USB portals.
