If you’re a music enthusiast and a BlackBerry user, subscription based music streaming service Rhapsody is now offering unlimited streaming on your BlackBerry for $ 9.99 per month.
Rhapsody just launched their official BlackBerry app similar to its iPhone and Android counterparts. The app brings the whole catalogue of Rhapsody’s 10.5 million songs to your smartphone which you can access and enjoy any where on the go. In addition to listening to albums and songs on-demand, users can also listen to customized playlists and radio stations programmed by Rhapsody’s music editors.
The app streams music while connected to a network (via Wi-Fi or 3G) and requires BlackBerry OS 5.0 or higher to work. It also supports hardware controls on the BlackBerry Curve series. Rhapsody promises that members will soon be able to download unlimited tracks for offline listening too.
Rhapsody for BlackBerry is offering a seven day free trial period for new users and it’s now available to download by visiting Rhapsody.com on your BlackBerry and will soon be in the BlackBerry App World.
