New MacBook Air Already Has A Few Bugs, Apple Releases First Patch

by Ferman Aziz

The new MacBook Air made its debut in the market after Apple’s ‘Back to the Mac’ event on Wednesday this week. The new MacBook Air has 2 versions and was declared the best iOS device in the market right now. It was also called an iPad with a keyboard featuring multitouch functionality.

As expected, eager fans made a beeline to stores to buy the new device and very soon reports of some faulty graphics and other bugs started emerging online. A little embarrassing for the company as in less than 24 hours of launching a new product, they had to develop its very first patch.

Users reported graphics issues which affect the new lightweight Mac when used with iMovie or an external display. The system apparently becomes un responsive when a movie trailer is played back via iMovie and also after waking from sleep when an external display is connected.

Apple is recommending all users to download and apply the patch to fix the annoying system jamming. The patch is available for free on the Apple website.
